Latvian racing team „RE Autoclub” crew with Ilja Kuznetsov, Roman Elagin („Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution MPR 107” ) showed the best performance from the team, reaching the 17th place in hard competition between 150 crews. Anton Melnikov, Anton Nikolaev (“Mitsubishi Pajero Triton”) took 51st place. Alexander Terentev, Alexander Terentev jr. („Toyota Landcruiser 200”) took 140 place. In truck profile 1st stage succesfully finnished „ RE Autoclub” technical help car  “1935 Mercedess” Dmitry Pavlov who took 73rd place.

The second stage will be held on January 2nd, from Santa Rosa de la Pampa to Santrafael 777 km long distance. „RE autoclub” racing team will go to start with numbers – 349. (I. Kuznetsov, R. Elagin), 378. (A.Melnikov, A.Nikolaev), 414. (A.Terentyev, A.Terentyev jr.) 563. (D.Pavlovs, G.Cirulis).  This year DAKAR 2012 rally raid will finnish on January 15th after slightly less than 9 000 km.
