The fifth consecutive year from 13 to 14 September international "Latvian Baja 2014" rally raid will take place on Latvian roads through Viesītes, Salas, Krustpils the surroundings areas. Participants from Latvia, Finland, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia will compete for 600 km long distance.

Latvian sports team "RE Autoclub" will be represented with four experienced crews. Two of them will represent finns Tapio Suominen/Markku Hurskainens and Jouni Ampuja. Under the "RE Autoclub" teams's flag participated also experienced racers Alexander Terentjevs/Alexey Berkut which won 1st place in "Italian Baja 2014" and Alexander Kolembet/Oleg Shornikov. 

In "Latvian Baja 2014" participated racers also from Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia, from on of them will be world's class racer Vladimir Vasiljev witch at this moment is on 1st place at Worlds Cup championship.

Rally "Latvian Baja 2014" will be a two day race starting on September 13 at 10.00 in Jekabpils Old Town Square with ceremony on September 14 at 19.00 in the same place.

Since 2009, international rally raid competition "Latvian Baja" has been organized by sports team "Re Autoclub" that has more than 20 years of experience in international competitions, and has participiated in numerous World Cup rally stages with good eesults.
